Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of digitalhybrid.us and its public website features. By browsing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About the website
Digital Hybrid provides information about design, development, UX/UI, accessibility, practical AI, audits, estimates, and related digital services. Website content is provided for general information and business-development purposes.
Nothing on the website by itself creates a client relationship, statement of work, warranty, or binding commitment to perform services.
Estimates, scans, AI, and interactive tools
Project Estimator ranges are planning tools, not fixed quotes or proposals. Final pricing, timelines, availability, scope, and deliverables depend on confirmed requirements and a separate agreement.
QuickScan, AI Discoverability, Pixel, AI-assisted responses, automated recommendations, scores, and other interactive features are informational tools. Results can be incomplete, approximate, or affected by third-party systems and should not be treated as guarantees of performance, rankings, accessibility compliance, AI visibility, revenue, or business outcomes.
Client services and separate agreements
Paid client work is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, service agreement, or other written agreement between Digital Hybrid and the client. If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data in a way that harms the site, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use the website to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Digital Hybrid name, branding, original website design, written content, graphics, interface patterns, code samples presented as proprietary work, case-study presentation, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Digital Hybrid and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without permission. Third-party names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Content you submit
You are responsible for information, files, messages, reviews, URLs, and other material you submit through the website. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Submitting information gives Digital Hybrid permission to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate a request, operate the relevant website feature, and provide requested services. Public review content may be displayed on the website after approval.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, platforms, APIs, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment providers, or external websites. Digital Hybrid does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or policies.
No warranties
The website and its public tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Digital Hybrid works to keep information useful and accurate but does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, current, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Hybrid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website, or from reliance on public website content or automated tools.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes, suspension, and disputes
Digital Hybrid may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction over Digital Hybrid’s principal place of business, unless a separate written client agreement says otherwise.
